Deschloroetizolam is extremely physically and psychologically addictive.

Tolerance will develop to the sedative-hypnotic effects within a couple of days of continuous use. After cessation, the tolerance returns to baseline in 7 – 14 days. However, in certain cases this may take significantly longer in a manner which is proportional to the duration and intensity of one’s long-term usage.

Withdrawal symptoms or rebound symptoms may occur after ceasing usage abruptly following a few weeks or longer of steady dosing, and may necessitate a gradual dose reduction. For more information on tapering from thienodiazepines in a controlled manner, please see this guide.

Thienodiazepine discontinuation is notoriously difficult; it is potentially life-threatening for individuals using regularly to discontinue use without tapering their dose over a period of weeks. There is also an increased risk of seizure following discontinuation of thienodiazepines. Drugs which lower the seizure threshold such as tramadol should be avoided during withdrawal.

DESCHLOROETIZOLAM Pellet is the short name for 2-ethyl-9-methyl-4-phenyl-6H-thieno[3,2-f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]diazepine and is an in-vitro Gaba receptor positive allosteric modulator. It is the deschloro analogue of Etizolam (meaning etizolam without the chlorine atom).

As with all the chemicals that we stock, Deschloroetizolam is not approved for any type of in-vivo research (i.e. not in humans or animals) or for clincial trials and therefore if accidently ingested then immediate medical attention should be sought. Please ensure you adhere to standard laboratory safety practices including using suitable skin, eye and clothing protection.

Deschloroetizolam is not worth buying or trying.

Long time Psychonaut, pharm-enthusiast; benzo lover; eitozolam user. I bought Deschloroetizolam doing little research and basically just read the hype.

I finally tried it this week in varying doses. One thing that I’ve read is true; it is a lot weaker than originally suspected. Minimum doses was around 12 mg to feel much of anything.

At this dose I got some anxiolytics but also some dysphoria. Hard to describe. The lack of anxiety made me happy but the side effects didn’t make me feel well. To expand on that, something no one has mentioned: headaches/pain and discomfort. Which was bearable.

Worse though was the paradoxical reactions. Half the time I took it I experienced things such as hot/cold flashes, sweating; and irritability. I can say these for certain.

One time I took it at night, I followed it with a normal 75mg of seroquel. If was a nightmare. I had night terrors and woke up feeling panicky 1-3 times an hour. (No history of night terrors.) Only took it with seroquel once. Took it many times before bed to wake up feeling itchy, and bloated in my face, as well as some classic rebound effects.

These are the negatives I need to report.

On the positive side it has many expected effects. Yes it will calm me down and would probably kill any anxiety attack. But with a lot to side effects.

A shipment of etizolam arrived and I’ve only tried the Deschloroetizolam once or twice since. Both times I had all the same side effects as noted above.

[Reporte Dose: ‘Varied 2mg – 24mg’]

Deschloroetizolam is well known for its sedative effects. Low to moderate doses can already cause a quick crash in energy levels, with higher doses causing one to feel almost like he’s hit with several tranquilizers. Too high a dose can completely knock out even a well-rested, energetic person.

Because of the sedative effects of deschloroetizolam, a sharp decrease in thought processing and other cognitive functions take effect. Since a lot of people get anxiety attacks from overthinking, this decline in cognitive functions cause an almost immediate relief.
